He gained the experience he needed to build his own companies in management positions in both multinational and family-owned companies. There he focused mainly on building business units in the CEE region and foreign trade.

She acquired the knowledge and skills for her profession through studying several fields at Masaryk University. In addition to German and pedagogical/psychological counselling, she has also studied sociology, the principles of individual needs, and English. She has also researched media in an international context.
