The subject of the two-round tender is the business of the FAU s.r.o. corporation (limited liability company), ID: 49610431, consisting of a set of immovable property (see below), movable assets (cars, trailers, tanks, technology, office equipment), claims, rights and obligations.

Commercial Complex Opava-Kateřinky

Property on own land with a total area of ​​23.666 m², located in the northern outskirts of Opava, the town district of Kateřinky.

The complex consists of fourteen buildings, several administrative buildings, warehouses, workshops and garages. The commercial complex was built in the second half of the 1990s. In 2002, most buildings were renovated. Subsequent building modifications or replacement of some structural elements took place in the following years.

The complex is located in the town district of Kateřinky, located in the northeast of the city of Opava, which has excellent transport accessibility (roads No. 11, 46, 56 and 57).

Tax Warehouse of Fuels Přerov

The warehouse of fuels (tax warehouse, the permit is no longer valid at present), partly on its own plots with a total area of ​​5.230 m² and partly on the land of another owner. The warehouse is located in the premises of the PRECHEZA a.s. company. It also includes a co-ownership share of 11/60 on plots No. 7108/11 and No. 7108/13, which are also on the premises of PRECHEZA a.s.. Access to the warehouse area is ensured by the easement to the property. 

The complex consists of an administrative building, four steel tanks incl. catch basin, railroad wagon filling station, refueling station for automotive tanks, including technology that is part of buildings, land and accessories (utilities, control room, fuel pipelines, public lighting).

The site was put into operation in 1995. During the following years, reconstruction and modernization of buildings and technologies were carried out.

The warehouse is located on the western outskirts of Přerov, near the D1 and D35 motorways.

Velké Hoštice Petrol Station 

Petrol station on its own land is located outside the built-up part of the village Velké Hoštice, along the main road No. I/56 (Opava-Kravaře), about 800 meters from the building eastwards, on the right in the direction of Kravaře. It consists of the shop, four dispensers with roofing, four underground tanks, underground tank for fuel residue, oil trap, paved areas and public lighting. It also includes bottling equipment, piping, as well as check and cash system, compressor, air conditioning and totem.

The building was put into operation in 1994. In 2003, the building modifications of the petrol station - extension of the shelter (shelter roofing), modification of the kiosk roofing were approved.
