Sale of the production company Forlit & Metal, a.s.

The subject of the sale is 100% of shares of Forlit & Metal, a.s., with its own administrative, production and warehouse premises with a total usable area of ​​more than 1,500 m2 in Hodonín in the South Moravian Region.

Forlit & Metal, a.s. was established in 2013 and specializes in the treatment of metal materials (cutting, water jet or fiber laser cutting, bending / cutting, cutting) and the production of so-called FM sandwich panels with aluminum honeycomb. FM sandwich panels are aluminum panels with the best strength / weight ratio inspired by natural honeycomb with unlimited use, for example, in engineering, construction, transport, furniture and advertising space, etc. Sisterská akciová společnost Forlit, a.s. has been manufacturing paper honeycomb panels for over 20 years.

In 2015, the company invested more than CZK 50 million in new technologies. An investment of EUR 2 million is currently underway in new production technologies. One of the investments was the purchase of a punching press for sheet metal processing. It is the most modern technological equipment, software and automation. The machine enables real cutting of almost any shape and preheating of the sheet, which increases the quality and variability of the offered products. The company also owns, for example, a CNC Fiber laser for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous metals, an LVD PPEC-5 press brake and a FLOW WATERJET MACH 3 machine with a water jet.

In 2020, sales revenues amounted to over CZK 22 million, in 2021, sales increased by 30% to CZK 29 million. The expected average increase in sales (for the period 2022 - 2024) is 25.15% per year.

The company's registered capital consists of 128 shares worth CZK 25 million. The general value of the company is CZK 106,565,000 (EUR 4,286,950).

Real estate consists of land p.č.st. 8020/6, built-up area and courtyard, which includes the building Brněnská č.p. 4404, Hodonín, other building and land p.č. 10543, other areas with an area of ​​more than 1,500 m2. Access to the property is through the land of a third party, treated with easements. According to the zoning plan, the plant is located in areas V - production and storage areas.

The company's movable property includes machinery in normal wear and tear acquired between 2015 and 2020.

The spa town of Hodonín lies on the Morava River 60 km southeast of Brno on the border with Slovakia. Approximately 24,000 inhabitants live here. The main sights of the city include a Renaissance chateau and an Art Nouveau town hall.
