A comprehensive set of plots on the northeastern outskirts of Brno. The subject of the auction is an ideal co-ownership share of 2/3 of the property including components.

Unconstructed slightly sloping land, the southeast side adjacent to Jedovnická Street, the western side bounded by Pod Hády Street. In the western part there is asphalt road and steam pipeline. 

The so-called "OS building area": Mixed areas of trade and services, with admissibility of buildings for housing, too (up to 50% of the functional area). Middle and south part, about 47.78% of the whole territory.

"Construction area R": Special areas for recreation: designed for mass recreation, recreational housing and accommodation. The western part, about 5.87% of the whole territory.

"Non-built-up area KV": General landscape areas of green: intended for preservation and restoration of the natural and landscape values ​​of the area, the northern part, about 29.03% of the territory.

"Non-built-up area KR": Recreational areas of landscape greenery: it serves for recreation and staying in nature (in an increased degree). There can be placed small buildings, too. Approximately 17.32% of the area. In the central part of the area, there is the so-called "BSKL-zone" of former landfills. There´s no connection to utility networks at the border of the territory.
