Extensive area specialized in the production and supply of several hundred kinds of chemical products (detergents), with administrative facilities and several facilities for production and storage.

The complex consists of a main administrative building with warehouses, two production halls and other warehouses and workshops, 8 km from Hodonín. Excellent accessibility to Brno and Slovakia (D2 highway Brno-Bratislava, 1st class road No. 55), good rail connection.

The former mine site ("Liberation"), formerly focused on lignite mining, was used for storage, packaging and chemical mixing at the time of sale and was continuously reconstructed and maintained.

The site is situated outside the continuously built area of ​​the village.
