The site was designed and used in the past for the textile industry. Ideal use of the premises for light industry, thanks to the equipment and facilities of the buildings suitable for various activities.

Grounds on the southern edge of the built-up area of ​​the town of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, in the industrial zone on K Pernštejnu street. The immediate surroundings consist mainly of production and storage areas.

The area is within reach of the I. class road - road No. 19, which can be reached after approx. 1 600 meters.

The production site consists mainly of two production halls of a multipurpose character with sanitary facilities, storage and administrative premises and administrative building.

The access is provided by two access points: from the east - from K Pernštejnu street through the main entrance and arrival to the grounds. The second entrance is situated in the southwest part and leads to the back part of production halls with ramps and cargo lifts.

North of the industrial complex within a short driving distance (1 700 m), there is the city office and the city center with amenities. Good accessibility of the railway network (ca. 1 300 m).
