Large vineyards and orchards in the cadastral area of Kunovice and Hluk. The area is made up of vineyards, orchards and built-up areas that can be used for wine production as well as for distilleries and can also be used as offices and accommodation spaces.

The main building with wine tanks (40 tanks for storage, each with a capacity of 16 m³ and 3 stainless tanks, each with a capacity of 10 m³), ​​a wine cellar, a vaulted wine cellar with a capacity of 60 people, a storeroom, a two-storey winepress, offices and a dining room.

In addition to the main building, there is also a garage (236 m²), other warehouses and shelters. Objects are interconnected by the wine route.

There is a vineyard stretching across two main lines, built in the 1980s and 1990s with an area of ​​30 hectares, yielding 6 tons/ha, a total of 180 tons of grapes per year (130 000 liters of wine per year).

The total area of ​​adjacent orchards: 23 ha, most of them are plums with an annual production of 440 tons.

Other land in the cadastral area Hluk and Kunovice are also part of the sale.
