Extensive corner building right in the center of Brno, 50 m from the main square (on the corner of Kobližná and Kozí Street), 10 parking spaces in the basement. Building of a bank (Komerční banka), at the time of sale used as a branch (bank halls, counters, administrative space).

The building was built between 1992 and 1993. The supporting structure is a columnal reinforced concrete skeleton, allowing variable layout according to the needs of the owner. The building has 2 staircases, from both of them the smart card open the office space. Next to the main staircase there are 2 personal lifts (each 630 kg, 8 persons), 1 passenger lift (500 kg, 6 persons) and 1 more lift (1000 kg) - at the next staircase. The electronic security systems, electronic fire signalisation, CCTV system between first underground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor (37 CCTV cameras) and data distribution are installed in the building. The total usable area of ​​each floor is 5 732 m².
