Commercial complex with a total area of 46 600 m², consisting of 9 buildings inside the premises and 3 buildings outside the premises.

The site was originally built as an agricultural one in 1925 with gradual completion in the years 1950 and 1965. Reconstruction and construction of a repair hall and warehouses were carried out in 1998-2000. In the period between 2005-2008, further modifications were made to the buildings, utility networks, and a concrete plant was built in the middle of the complex. On the day of the auction the technical condition of the premises was good, only the technical condition of the residential building was degraded.
